arbitr
Fractional CPO. Repositioned a listed language-services company around governed AI workflows; shipped the arbitr platform 0 to 1 in 13 weeks.
Operator first. The writing comes from the work.
I am a product executive and operator-advisor for B2B SaaS companies, usually between Series A and C. Across two decades I founded and sold a company after a $7M raise, owned a $1B product portfolio, ran a $14M to $140M ARR scale-up in 2.5 years, and shipped products reaching 400M+ users. The recent record, all of it as fractional CPO: a Fortune 10 AI product at Abyss Solutions, a board-funded platform at Centerbase, and the arbitr platform from first commit to production in 13 weeks.
My view is simple. Great product is a point of view, executed with discipline. The deck, the vision offsite, the quarterly re-org: none of it matters if the org cannot ship a good decision every week.
The essays on this site are field notes from that conviction. The advisory work is the same conviction, practiced inside someone else's company, and both run on Undeniable OS, the product operating system I built over twenty years. I take a small number of engagements at a time, across Dublin, Dallas, and NYC.
